Toronto Central Semi Detached Home Prices March 2013


The Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) has released their March 2013 housing statistics and as I always do I published them in a blog last week.   March 2013 Resale Housing Statistics.

If you are a regular reader of my blogs you will know that I am a statistical guy.   What you will find with these monthly statistics is that you will be able to better track Toronto’s detached housing market as it compares with Toronto’s central housing region.

Now, Central Toronto homes are the most expensive within the City of Toronto and semi detached homes are the most affordable type of property within all of the City of Toronto (excluding condominiums).

Most readers find this information valuable, as it is not available anywhere else except in my blog.     Every month I will update the monthly statistics so that it will always remain current.

The geographic area which Toronto Central covers is from the lake and north to Steeles with western border being Dufferin and Allan rd and the eastern border follows the Don Valley Parkway.      The neighbourhoods which make up Central Toronto are:
