March 2013 Monthly Condominium Statistics City of Toronto and Central Toronto

Each month the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) publishes the sales statistics for all housing sold.    The issue my clients found is that these statistics were not applicable in addressing their specific geographic area.  What I have done is provide a monthly statistical snapshot of condominiums sold within the month for the City of Toronto and Toronto Central.    Most readers find this information valuable, as it is not available anywhere else except in my blog.     Every month I will update the monthly statistics so that it will always remain current.

The geographic area which Toronto Central covers is from the lake and north to Steeles with western border being Dufferin and Allan rd and the eastern border follows the Don Valley Parkway.      The neighbourhoods which make up Central Toronto are:

  • Don Mills
  • Trinity Bellwoods
