The Beaches 2012 Month to Month Resale Housing Statistics

Another year has past and it seems that resale housing prices in this Toronto East neighbourhood continue to hold their value.  My looking at the statistics lets see what they say about The Beaches housing market:

  • May and June were the most active months with 45 sold homes each and December the slowest with 10 sold houses
  • August had the highest average sold price but also had the highest individual sold price of the year
  • February saw the lowest average days on market of 8 days
  • January experienced the longest average days on market of 25 days
  • The first 5 months of the year seem to be the best time to sell with the average to list price
  • For buyers it looks like November and December with the best with lowest average to list price
