The Beaches 1st Quarter 2013 Housing Statistics

The Beaches (or the Beach) continues to be a popular Toronto neighbourhood for young families.  What I have pulled today are the latest Toronto Real Estate Board’s (TREB) housing statistics for the 1st quarter of 2013.   Now, during this period there was incredible media coverage of the lack of listings selling, however it never cascaded over to a drop in prices.   From talking with my clients and seeing what most of you like to read, my continuing to provide Toronto housing statistics has been incredibly valuable.

The attached table will give you a full breakdown of the types of Toronto Beach housing sold as it relates to style.   If you are looking for more up-to-date statistics regarding The Beaches, check out my monthly housing statistics including most recent monthly stats.
