East End Danforth (Upper Beaches) 1st Quarter Housing Statistics

The Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) has released the 1st quarter housing results for 2013.   From media reports we all heard that listings were down and with that sales as well.    What we did see is that house prices did not drop in value.   Toronto’s East End Danforth neighbourhood is popular for young families with its proximity to The Beach and its affordability.

The predominate housing style in this Toronto neighbourhood is semi-detached, however there are detached home which makes them much more affordable than those south of Kingston road.     In keeping with my statistical nature, I have pulled the most recent monthly housing data for this neighbourhood.   I you can check out the most recent monthly statistical info at Toronto east end Danforth.
