Danforth East (Upper Beaches) 2013 3rd Quarter Housing Statistics

This Toronto east neighbourhood is one of the most affordable communities in the city.   What you will find here are dedominately a mix of both detached and semi-detached homes built in the 1930’s.    Over the years some new construction has added new townhouses which are located along Gerard between Main and Victoria Park.  You will not find large condo towers here and the condominiums in the Upper Beaches are low-rise and for the most part are along Kingston Road.

From the attached table you can see the most recent housing prices for this Danforth East/Upper Beaches neighbourhood.  Housing prices within this community are certainly much more affordable than what you would find south of it in the Beaches.
